Leadership

As a pragmatic leader, I find it easy to get individuals and teams at all levels to agree on the common goal and unpretentiously and joyfully focus on getting there. I will as always put great focus on all parties understanding the connection between their efforts and IT development, business and customer benefits and serve and support so that they deliver as efficiently and correctly as possible.

Release Train Engineer

I will teach, serve, coach and facilitate Lean-Agile values, principles and practices to
your individuals and teams at all levels. With first-hand experience from Japan and as an expert link between Japanese experts and Swedish companies, I can provide with more understandable background thoughts than if I was only trained in the West, which for many is the norm. This leads to the individuals, teams and management not only understand, but also embrace the Agile mindset and contribute with great deliveries along the value stream. I was thanked by teams at Ericsson Group IT for being very patient with their maturity progress and for regardless of the situation always talking to them in a nice, friendly way and with humour. And for facilitating PI-Plannings that were extremely well coordinated and coached so that everyone could participate with great outcome, although remotely.

Lean Agile Coaching

With training and various project management methods, from traditional to Lean-Agile     and experience from various Agile roles, I will look for training and mentoring needs and take people from where they are today all the way to the agreed future Agila status. At Ericsson, up to 340% improvement in agility was demonstrated in 11 months. I am a certified SAFe SPC (Scaled Agile Framework® Program Consultant) and a certified Scrum Master and Scrum Master Trainer.

Lean Agile Transformation

I have led and been involved in several Agile transformations in large as well as smaller organization from where I bring does and don´ts. At the Swedish Transport Administration, I amongst other led an own initiative approved by the top management, which contributed to the line operations and large projects started to work agile. In later assignments at ProgressLead, I was part of the training department with the task of transforming the entire Jambiz Group into an Agile/SAFe organization. In my most recent assignment at Ericsson Group IT, I was responsible for the Agile transformation at Public Cloud and was part of the LACE team for Group IT and CoP. Both assignments included providing basic and specific training at all levels, as well as helping to restructure the organizations so that management and production work together agile to achieve Business Agility, ie that the entire organization moves in the same direction. In all assignment, this is one of my main focus areas.

Volvo Cars´s first time as supplier and first electrical car. With this the project almost immediately proved to be a success at Semcon, and internationally, which was highly appreciated at the client Volvo Cars and the end customer London Taxi. It led to me introducing agile/Scrum at all levels within Semcon and a little at VCC. All parties where surprised and highly satisfied with it and the project deliverables. We also made the budget last for another 10 weeks of service after our final delivery and got the following reference from a manager at Volvo Cars:”You have set a new standard and benchmark how to run a project like this within VCC”.
