Salesforce Developer | Foxtrail Swisscovery GmbH

Jul 2020 - Current

I've been responsible for all Salesforce demands giving maintenance and developing new features according to customer's needs.

It's based on a Web Site, previously, developed on Force.com where customers and other businesses can buy tickets and vouchers to walk around trails in Europe with a different perspective and experience.

On this site, there are static pages based on Salesforce Knowledge to keep their contents, and there is an e-commerce front where people can purchase Foxtrail products. This second is based on LWC technology where I have been giving strong maintenance.

An example of a recent accomplishment was a feature I've developed to deal with a scenario where it was, wrongly, possible for two customers to book the same trail on the same date and time. The requirement was blocking Trail Start Times while two or more customers choose the same one: as the first one chooses a Start Time, it is stored in the backend; thus, when another customer chooses the same one, it receives a warning message noticing that it's temporarily blocked. I've planned and developed a solution that included the creation of web cookies, and custom objects, and developed the exchange and process of information between the frontend (LWC) and backend (Apex).

Salesforce Developer | EDP

Jan 2020 - Jul 2020

It was a Salesforce Scrum Project in which I have worked on investigating and solving issues, maintaining and developing according to customer's needs.

The Org managed the Sales and Service processes of the biggest Portuguese company of energy distribution and I made part of the development team.

My main attributions were developing Apex classes, batches, Visualforce Pages, Lightning Aura Components, and doing other functional attributions.

A successful accomplishment example was a Batch Class I developed from scratch which was designed to process a huge data set and return parts of certain documents. These parts had a logical order: each one was still sent to an external system via REST that reassembled the final document.

Salesforce Developer | Profarma Speciality

Jun 2019 - Jan 2020

It was a Salesforce Support Project that I worked with investigating and solving issues, mid-complexity Lightning Components development, and other functional attributions.

There was an activity I developed and I consider my best Salesforce experience because I was able to put into practice a lot of months of intensive studies. It was a modal page based on the Salesforce Lightning Component. It included a DataTable which consolidated information from many data sources.

Furthermore, in each table record, a Checkbox Toggle I developed on the client-side controller was formed, in which there were many related business rules. Depending on it was positioned, it became possible to fill in certain Table Row fields.

.NET Developer | Gol Linhas Aéreas

Apr 2019 - Jun 2019

It was a project managed on Scrum methodology I had participated in the development squad. The main goal was to develop an interface, in the ticket purchase Web System, that should offer extra services to the customer, such as meals on board, extra space between seats on the airplane, and extra time to decide to buy the ticket.

I was involved in the development of new features and automated test processes, always using the .NET Platform.

Test Engineer | Banco do Nordeste do Brasil

Jul 2018 - Apr 2019

In this project, I worked as a Software Test Engineer. It was a project managed on PMBoK methodology. Based on the cascade model, when the developers had finished the development, I received the beta version to test in a specific environment. I developed, in Java, automated tests on an IBM Test Platform called RFT. After getting the conclusions from the tests, I needed to document the results and plan new tests if necessary.

Software Developer | Petrobas

Sep 2015 - Jun 2018

This job was my first formal experience with software development.

It was a support project I worked on as a .NET developer. My duties were to develop low complexity components on a web system that was responsible to consolidate data from oil production and send it to ANP, National Petroleum Agency, to be compliant with government rules. It was a project based on PMBoK practices.
