About us

Lyon AM exists because many technology programmes deliver the system but not the change. AI raises the stakes. It changes how decisions are made, how work is done and how people see their own roles. Getting the people side right is now the main factor in whether an AI investment pays off.

We are a specialist advisory. We do not sell software and we do not build models. We focus on the people side of the change, and we stay until it holds.

Our team

Lyon AM is a network of senior change specialists working from our hubs in Stockholm, Los Angeles, Hong Kong and Melbourne. Every engagement is led and delivered by senior people, and our teams share one method so clients get the same standard in every region and time zone.

Our team brings inside experience of large-scale change. It currently leads change management, in-house, on a live multi-country carve-out, guiding employees and leaders through new structures, systems and ways of working under tight timelines.

What we believe

  • Adoption is the return on investment. An AI tool that nobody uses delivers no value.

  • Leaders set the pace. People take their cues from how leaders behave, so visible sponsorship matters.

  • Local context matters. A change that works in Stockholm may need a different approach in Hong Kong.

  • Leave capability behind. Our work is done when your teams can sustain the change on their own.
