Inom ERP-projektet söker vi nu en erfaren Business Analyst inom området Finance & Controlling.

Uppdraget är ett konsultuppdrag på heltid med start snarast och senast under maj 2021. Uppdraget utgår ifrån Göteborg där beställarorganisationen är placerad. I senare skede av implementationen kan resor komma att förekomma för utrullning i Sverige samt till andra länder i Europa. 

Din Roll

Du kommer arbeta inom workstream Finance & Controlling tillsammans med workstream lead, verksamhetsexperter och ERP-leverantörens konsulter.  Mycket av arbetet med lösningsdesign kommer bedrivas i workshops där din roll kommer stödja våra verksamhetsexperter i arbetet med att säkerställa att lösningen stödjer verksamhetskraven.  Du kommer även ansvara för dokumentation av verksamhetsprocesser samt hjälpa till att identifiera och analysera förbättringsområden. Vidare kommer du också stödja verksamhetsexperter i testarbetet och framtagning av testfall.  Arbetet kommer även innebära samarbete med andra workstreams för angränsande processer och kringliggande system (integrationer).

Din Profil

Vi söker dig som är analytisk, har gedigen erfarenhet av finansiella processer och implementering av ERP-lösningar.

Vi letar efter en kandidat som har flerårig erfarenhet i rollen som Business Analyst i en internationell miljö. Du har dokumenterad erfarenhet samt referenser från de arbetsuppgifter som beskrivs under rubriken ”Din roll” ovan.

Du har självklart arbetat med att kartlägga och dokumentera processer.  Du har djup kunskap inom kravhantering och är van att definiera funktionella och icke-funktionella krav. Du har arbetat med use case och user stories samt har erfarenhet av att skriva testfall.

Du har mycket god kunskap om ekonomiska processer och verksamhetsuppföljning (Controlling) från ett flertal olika projekt och verksamheter, gärna inom industri och logistik.

Du kommer att arbeta självständigt och i team vara problemlösare, ta egna initiativ samt både delta i, och leda work shops. Du är informativ och prestigelös, ser till helheten och gillar att jobba i team.
