Services

We cover the people side of AI implementation from first assessment to sustained adoption. Clients can engage us for one area or the full programme.

AI Readiness & Change Strategy

Before you scale AI, you need an honest picture of how ready your organisation is. We look at culture, skills, leadership appetite, ways of working and the impact on each role. From that we build a change strategy with a clear case for change, a realistic sequence and an owner for every action.

Outcomes

  • A clear view of organisational readiness by function and region

  • A change impact assessment covering the roles, processes and teams affected

  • A change strategy and roadmap aligned to your technology delivery plan

  • Early identification of risks to adoption and how to reduce them

Stakeholder & Leadership Alignment

AI programmes need visible, consistent sponsorship. We map your stakeholders, find where they disagree and work with leaders until they hold one story: why the change is happening, what it means for people and what will be expected of them. Leaders then get the support they need to carry that story themselves.

Outcomes

  • A stakeholder map with an engagement plan for each group

  • An aligned leadership narrative and sponsor roadmap

  • A change network of local champions across regions

  • Communication plans that reach the right people at the right moment

Training & Adoption Programmes

Generic AI training rarely changes behaviour. Only about a third of employees say they have been properly trained for AI, and regular use is sharply higher among people who get at least five hours of training with in-person coaching. We design learning around real roles and real tasks, and we combine formal training with hands-on practice, peer support and on-the-job reinforcement. Everything can be localised for language, culture and regulation in each market.

Outcomes

  • A role-based training needs analysis

  • Learning journeys and materials tailored to each audience

  • Champion and super-user networks to support people day to day

  • Readiness checks before go-live

Adoption Measurement & Sustainment

Logins and licence counts do not show whether people are actually using AI well. McKinsey reports that only 39% of organisations see any enterprise-level profit impact from AI. We define what good adoption looks like for your organisation, measure it and act on what the data shows. We then hand ownership to your teams so the change continues after we leave.

Outcomes

  • An adoption framework with agreed, meaningful indicators

  • Regular adoption reporting and targeted interventions where use is lagging

  • Reinforcement mechanisms built into management routines

  • A clear handover so internal teams own sustainment
